First, verify the transaction on a blockchain explorer using your TX hash. If it shows confirmed but your balance isn't updated, contact support with the TX hash and we'll resolve it promptly.

Go to Wallet → Withdraw, select your coin, enter the destination wallet address and amount, then confirm with your OTP code. Withdrawals process within 10 network confirmations.
We charge only the standard network (gas) fee. There are no additional platform withdrawal fees on your balance.
